It started as a farewell concert, it became a celebration, and then one of the best loved music films of all time! Dublin rock'n'roll troupe, The Group, bring their own brilliant spin to The Band's legendary final concert, by creating the ultimate tribute to The Last Waltz! The spectacular live tribute not only stars The Group as The Band (naturally!), but also features a whole host of special guest-stars from the Irish music scene! The night is a real treat for fans of The Band, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Van Morrison, Muddy Waters, Neil Diamond, Eric Clapton, Joni Mitchell and anyone else who just loves good-old fashioned rock and country music. This fantastic re-enactment of Martin Scorsese's award-winning documentary has already seen Band fans young and old pouring into their sold out Dublin shows at The Olympia to relive the buzz, excitement and stunning showmanship of the original concert.
